Terms and Conditions


1 – Our standard payment methods are credit/debit card, bank transfer or PayPal.

2 – Cash may only be used as a payment method with prior permission.

3 – Credit/debit cards and PayPal incur a 5% card charge, there is no fee for BACS.

4 – Single journeys starting from airports or outside of Dorset must be paid for in full before a taxi is dispatched.

5 – Cancellations made with a minimum of 7 days notice will receive a 100% refund, minus a £20 admin fee.

6 – Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days of travel will receive a 50% refund minus a £20 admin fee.

7 – Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be subject to a refund.

8 – Cancellations wishing to change the date/time of the taxi will be accomodated (where a vehicle is available) at no additional cost.

9 – Refunds will be up to the cost of the amount paid for the journey.

10 – Whilst we will always endeavour to supply the booked vehicle, there may be occasions where this is not possible due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. We will always endeavour to find an alternative, (usually another local taxi company), and we will always cover the additional costs incurred directly to us, but we cannot be held liable for other out of pocket expenses.


11 – We operate a wide range of vehicles, with several part time drivers who own their own vehicles. We have very strict maintenance regimes for both owned and part time vehicles, and will always endeavour to supply the booked vehicle.

12 – On occasion, due to availability, we may have to send a different vehicle from the size booked, although this will always be an equivalent or larger size.

13 – Whilst we do not supply executive cars, we have several that are a higher specification. These are not prebookable (other than by requesting the driver) and will be available for the same cost as standard vehicles.

14 – We will always endeavour to allocate a requested driver, but availability and scheduling means that this may not always be possible.

15 – Food and drink are only permitted in our vehicles at the sole discretion of the driver.

16 – Rest stops will usually be accommodated free of charge, but please note that it is advisable to allow extra time for your journey to allow this.

Fares and extras

17 – Fares shown on our website are inclusive of all charges, unless stated below.

18 – We offer meet and greet as an option, (please refer to individual airport pages for current prices). This means that the driver will stand and wait with your name on a board in the arrivals hall from 30 minutes after your aircraft has landed until you come through.

19 – Our standard procedure is that the driver will contact you around 20-25 minutes after landing and then proceed to meet you inside the arrivals hall once they know you are waiting for your cases. This helps us to cut down out parking charges and keep our fares as low as possible. Should you have problems locating your driver, our emergency contact number is 0777 101 0011.

20 – Meet and greet must be added if the passengers do not have a mobile phone that will work in the UK.

21 – Drivers will be happy to assist with luggage on return journeys at no additional cost.

22 – If you require the driver’s assistance with cases on departure from an airport, this can be arranged directly with the driver on the day at the cost of the car parking.
